Retired Chief of Police, now a Business Psychologist and Managing Consultant at the London office of YSC.

Before joining YSC in October 2000, I was a member of the Board of National Police Training. This followed a career which included operational command, leadership of divisions of the Metropolitan police, management consultancy in Europe and Africa and some specialist management training and HR roles. I gained extensive experience of developing and mentoring senior managers in both the specialist and the operational roles. Alongside this, I studied occupational psychology at Birkbeck College, University of London, gaining an MSc in 1986.
